Four years ago PPA started to rejuvenate the daffodils around the perimeter of the park, planting 300 bulbs the first 2 years. Since then, we have planted 150 bulbs each year. Helen and Terry have generously provided the daffodils bulbs along with topsoil, fertilizer and bone meal for the last 300 planted! The 900 daffodil bulbs planted now provide the park with the historic look from the past. Many thanks to Helen and Terry for their dedication to Pioneer Park. ... See MoreSee Less
For safety concerns and preservation of our new stairs, PPA has closed the bottom section for the season. Please know visitors are still welcome to use the platforms for sitting/viewing, however, there is no longer beach access.
